I really want to know more about Buddhism and where to start …?
I need a good book that can teach me some basic principles you need to know. I started looking, what is online, but it is difficult to organize all this there is a lot to learn. Thought I wonder if anyone could suggest some good books for someone who is interested in Zen Buddhism, but actually start? Looking for something with no reasons too complicated (I'm an idiot XD). Thanks for any help you can give. Matthew: I've been there, done it. I respect people of all social classes, but not for me, so thanks but no thanks.
The best way to learn of Buddhism, is visiting a local center. Use the link below to find your neighborhood: If http://www.buddhanet.info/wbd/ terms of books, Thich Nhat Hanh nothing can be useful for beginners. I found the following titles useful: – basic Buddha's teachings – Old path white clouds (my favorite) – Transformation and Healing – Breathing, you are alive = 1279360421 & http://www.amazon.com/Thich-Nhat-Hanh/e/B000AP5YRY/ref=sr_ntt_srch_lnk_1?_encoding = UTF8 & qid r = 1.1, these links may also help: http://www http://www.buddhanet.net/e-learning/basic-guide.htm http://www.accesstoinsight.org/begin.html. audiodharma.org / Recommended_talks / Hope this helps.
