What are some fun cheap things to do in DC?
I have 18 years and my sister is 16 and we just chill there for the day / Night. any great places to shop, eat, museums to check out, good exhibitions, Cool Record stores, thrift shops, bookstores, etc. would cool. We are especially interested in things unusual because we're going to DC a lot because we live in Northern Virginia
